Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated 25 October 2026
In short: refund and cancellation rules for each paid module or event are the ones written on that module’s or event’s page. This page explains the general conditions that apply in addition.
1. Which rules apply
- Every paid module (course, CPE, webinar, certification course, internship) and every paid event states its own refund and cancellation conditions in its description. Those conditions apply first. Please read them before you pay.
- Where a module or event does not state its own condition, the general conditions on this page apply.
- Free modules, free events and free interviews have nothing to refund.
2. Cancellation by you
- You can cancel an event registration from My events while the event has not started. Whether a paid registration is refundable, and how much, depends on the conditions of that event.
- For modules, cancellation and refund conditions are those shown on the module page. In general, once you have started learning, completed sections or received a certificate, the fee is not refundable unless the module says otherwise.
- Cancelling a registration does not by itself cancel a payment already made; a refund (where due) is processed by us as described below.
3. Cancellation or change by us
- If we cancel a paid event or module, or cannot provide it, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid for it, unless you accept a new date or an alternative.
- If we reschedule an event, your registration moves to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of the notice.
4. Payment problems
- Payment taken but registration not confirmed (for example the page closed, the session timed out or the seats were filled in the meantime): you are refunded in full, or your registration is confirmed, as you prefer. Please write to us with your order number.
- Paid twice for the same module or event: the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Failed or pending payments: if the money was debited but the payment shows as failed, your bank or the payment partner normally returns it automatically within a few working days. If it does not, contact us.
- Waiting list: a seat offered from a waiting list is held for a limited time; if the payment is not completed in time the seat goes to the next person.
5. Things that are not refundable
- Fees for modules or events you have completed or attended, or for which a certificate has been issued, unless the module or event says otherwise.
- Fees paid for access obtained through a mistake on your side (wrong module chosen, did not meet the stated eligibility), unless the module or event says otherwise.
- Accounts closed because of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
6. Offers, discounts and referral codes
A refund is of the amount you actually paid after offers and discounts. Discounts and referral benefits already applied are not refunded separately. If a purchase made with a referral code is refunded, the related referral benefit may be withdrawn.
7. How to ask for a refund
- Write to us through the Contact page or at [email protected] with the name of the module or event, the email address of your account and the order number or payment date.
- We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We will tell you by email when a refund has been processed.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. A change does not affect the conditions of a module or event you have already paid for.
